Brief Description of Duties: Cleaners work independently or as part of a work team that performs a wide range of specialized and routine cleaning activities such as mopping and polishing floors, window washing, vacuuming, trash and recycling removal, dusting and cleaning walls, office space, kitchens and restrooms. The nature of the cleaning assignments ranges from light, medium, to heavy physical effort.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Must be able to read/write/speak English
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be fully vaccinated (covid-19 vaccine)
• Must be willing to wear a mask in the presence of others
• Must be able to work between the hours of 9AM-3PM Weekdays
• Must sign a non-compete agreement
• The selected candidate must successfully clear a background investigation

Physical Demands of the Cleaner:

• Continual standing, stretching, bending, and moving to accomplish tasks during shift.
• Continual communicating in person or on the phone to exchange information during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning products which may or may not have fragrance during shift.
